Delete your KinPing account

In the app

Open Settings and choose Delete my account, then confirm. Your account, connections, questions, answers and photos are removed from our server straight away.

If you only use the browser page

Open your link, tap More, then Leave. Your name, photo, answers, notes and answer photos are removed from our server.

If you no longer have the app or link

Write to support@syntyaxis.com and tell us your name and who you were connected with. We reply within 30 days.

What stays

Reports already sent to us are kept, with the names, question, answer and note they are about, so we can review them.
